Fees1st Session with Diagnosis $160 (60 minutes) Individual Session $140 (53 minutes) Group Session $40/hour (TBD) Court Appearance $650/hour, portal to portal Additional Paperwork (Ex. Disability) $30/half hour Copy of Records $25 Reduced Fees: Clients not utilizing insurance may qualify for the Reduced Fee. Inquire with Office Manager for details. No Show/Late: $60 *Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a late fee. *Balances must be paid in full by the end of each billing cycle. |
